Returns:

1. Your item(s) will be replaced free of cost and we’ll bear both ways shipping if you receive the wrong item, or wrong size or your order contains torn/damaged product(s). Please contact us as soon as your order is delivered to you & we’ll send return shipping instructions.

Exchanges:
1. We urge you to make use of the size chart. A link to it is available on each product listing.

2. If, for example, you ordered a size [M] and we shipped a size [XL], get in touch and we’ll replace the item free of cost and bear both ways shipping.

3. If. for example, you ordered a size [M] and we did, in fact, ship a size [M] but after taking delivery you realized that you’ll be needing a size [XL], get in touch and we’ll replace the item free of cost BUT you’ll have to bear shipping.

Re-shipping:
1. If your package comes back to us because we made a mistake with your shipping address, we’ll ship it back with the correct address at our own cost.

2. If your package comes back to us because you made a mistake with your shipping address, or you weren’t available at the time(s) of delivery or the address you provided was incomplete/ lacked nearby landmarks/ wasn’t locatable etc. you pay re-shipping charges.
